Description

This course is the first part of a three-part series in designing a building for a real life client using the design build project delivery method. The course concentrates on preparing and developing the required "program" a designer must complete in order to understand the client's building and design goals and requirements. Other topics include team organization, team building, client interviewing skills, LEED and sustainable development, space analysis, building code review, building type research, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and CAD.
