Description
In this course, students learn and apply theories of management in the classroom setting. Topics such as budgeting, scheduling, staff development, and management of clinical units are discussed. Students continue the implementation of the change process initiated in NU-493 and prepare a professional presentation of this process at the end of the Spring quarter.
