Description
Theories learned in NU-491 are applied in this course. Students initiate the implementation of a change process in a clinical area where they will complete the clinical requirements for NU-485. Faculty supervision of this project will continue through the following quarter in NU-497. Students are also expected to apply the theories of professional practice and leadership as they interact with staff and management in the implementation of their project. (prereq: NU-491, Consent of Instructor)
